A equipe averiguava uma denúncia quando visualizou os suspeitos. Ao perceber que seria abordado, um deles correu para uma manilha de concreto, tentando esconder uma sacola que portava. O segundo, tentou fugir de moto mas também foi detido. Na abordagem foram localizadas 14 pedras de crack.

Os agentes encontraram ainda uma mulher escondida nas proximidades. Com ela havia pouco mais de 299 reais, cinco celulares e um caderno com a contabilidade do tráfico. Ela informou ser usuária da droga e que os celulares não funcionam.

Com o apoio do Canil, mais 68 pedras de crack embaladas prontas para venda foram localizadas na sacola escondida.

O trio foi conduzido à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ) e permanceu à disposição da Justiça.
