O condutor alegou que comprou o veículo através de um rolo, mas vai responder por receptação.

De acordo com a polícia, o sistema de monitoramento da Guarda Municipal detectou o veículo. Uma moto modelo Honda Fan com placa de Gália (SP) e suspeita de ser clonada passou pela delegacia da cidade sentido Holambra (SP).

Com a informação, a PM se posicionou para interceptar o veículo na região da Estrada São Bento, próximo ao trevo do Itamaraty.

Um entregador de 18 anos conduzia a moto. Ele alegou que comprou o veículo em um rolo na cidade de Rio Claro em troca de sua moto antiga e mais R$ 5 mil.

A polícia só conseguiu descobrir a origem do veículo através da numeração do motor. A pesquisa revelou uma queixa de furto registrada no dia 9 de março em Santa Bárbara.

Diante das evidências, a equipe deu voz de prisão ao entregador pelo crime de receptação. No entanto, o condutor pagou uma fiança no valor de R$ 1,3 mil para responder em liberdade.
