De acordo com a PM, a mulher estava na Rua Ângelo Scarpato quando foi abordada juntamente com mais dois indivíduos em atitude suspeita num local onde ocorre a insistência na venda de drogas. No local, os policiais militares fizeram revista pessoal e nada de ilícito foi encontrado, porém, após pesquisa junto ao COPOM, foi verificado que consta em desfavor da mulher, um mandado de prisão.

Diante dos fatos, os policiais militares conduziram a capturada até a Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), em Jaguariúna, onde a mesma permaneceu recolhida à disposição da Justiça.
