Um revólver calibre 38 e seis munições, sendo uma deflagrada, foi apreendido.

Segundo informações da Polícia Militar (PM), o acusado contou que usava a arma para afugentar usuários de drogas que estavam em frente à um estabelecimento comercial. O caso foi registrado como porte ilegal de arma de fogo.

Os policiais militares patrulhavam o Jardim Europa, quando ouviram um barulho semelhante a um tiro. Uma testemunha contou que um indivíduo estaria armado em um bar da região. No local indicado, os agentes encontraram o homem com o revólver em mãos.

Questionado sobre a arma, ele contou que o revólver seria do pai falecido, e que atirou para afastar usuários de drogas. Ele não tinha registro do armamento e porte para estar com a arma.

O preso foi conduzido à Delegacia de Santa Bárbara d’Oeste e uma fiança de R$ 2 mil foi arbitrada.
