O caso aconteceu por volta das 01h16, no bairro Vale das Nogueiras.

De acordo com a Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA), os agentes Borges e Belarminio foram acionados para atender uma ocorrência de violência doméstica na Rua dos Pessegueiros.

No local a equipe constatou que as agressões eram de ambas as partes, mas a mulher tinha medida protetiva contra o autor.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde após exames que comprovaram a lesão corporal, o homem permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
