Os agentes municipais, Ribeiro e Ferreira faziam o patrulhamento pelo bairro Cidade Alta, quando receberam uma denuncia de uma pessoa que não quis se identificar, alem dos policiais, informou que pela Viela do Nanico havia um menor na venda de drogas.

Os policiais então seguiram em patrulhamento pela rua Valter Dexter e na viela por volta das 17h15 visualizaram o adolescente denunciado, sendo abordado e revistado, encontrando em seu bolso a quantia de R$700 em notas diversas e como é de costume dos traficantes, esconder as drogas em locais próximos, foi feito uma busca e encontrado sob um telhado uma sacola contendo 187 microtubos de cocaína

Diante do ilícito, menor, droga e dinheiro foi apresentado na delegacia de Cosmópolis, elaborando o boletim de ocorrência, descrevendo os fatos, liberando o adolescente juntamente com o dinheiro e apreendendo a droga para incineração legal.
