A mulher não quis representar contra o homem e ele não foi preso.

Segundo o Boletim de Ocorrência, a mulher contou para a polícia que ela e o marido brigaram pois ela queria ver o celular dele. O homem teria quebrado o aparelho e pegado uma faca para ameaça-lá. Usando a faca, ele teria obrigado a mulher a tomar veneno de formiga e rato e ela começou a passar mal.

O homem negou as acusações. Ele contou que estava bebendo com a mulher e ela começou a passar mal. No hospital, a mulher disse não querer representar para que o marido fosse preso.

Um Boletim de Ocorrência foi registrado pela Polícia Militar e o homem ficou solto.
