A vítima confessou para a equipe que estava esperando um passageiro na Rua Antônio Mingone, para realizar uma viagem por aplicativo, quando foi surpreendido por um homem a pé, perguntou qual era o bairro e colocou a mão na cintura. Neste momento, a vítima fechou o vidro e saiu do local com o carro, porém o criminoso efetuou um disparo de arma de fogo que atingiu o vidro do motorista.

Os estilhaços do vidro atingiram o rosto da vítima, que teve um corte no nariz. O motorista conseguiu sair do local e pedir ajuda em um posto, onde foi atendido pelo Corpo de Bombeiros.

A Polícia Militar foi acionada no posto, na Avenida das Amoreiras, onde encontrou com a vítima. Após o trabalho de perícia, o veículo foi devolvido a vítima. O criminoso até o momento não foi identificado.
