Vizinhos que flagraram o crime tentaram linchar o autor antes da chegada da PM.

De acordo com apurações do site Policial Padrão, o caso aconteceu por volta das 13h30, no bairro Vila Pindanga. Além de esfaquear a tia, o ajudante feriu a avó de 83 anos que tentava proteger a vítima.

Quando a polícia chegou, vizinhos tentavam linchar o autor do crime. Os policiais precisaram dispersar a multidão e só então, conseguiram deter o agressor.

O ajudante confessou o crime, mas alegou que agiu em legítima defesa. Segundo a versão do autor, a tia tentou bater nele com um cabo de enxada e por isso ele pegou a faca e a atacou.

O Corpo de Bombeiros socorreu as vítimas até uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA). A facada atingiu o braço da tia, mas sem gravidade. Já a avó do autor teve um corte superficial em um dos dedos.

O agressor também recebeu atendimento médico por conta das agressões dos vizinhos.

Logo após o atendimento, ele foi levado para a delegacia, autuado por agressão e liberado.
