O caso aconteceu na manhã de sábado (7) no bairro Cidade Jardim.

De acordo com informações da corporação, uma equipe seguiu até a Rua dos Lírios após a denúncia de que um idoso de 70 anos, estaria cometendo abusos contra mulheres e crianças.

Os agentes conversaram com o suspeito e segundo à GCM, ele não negou o fato, mas disse que teriam que provar tal denúncia.

A equipe seguiu investigando a casa e localizou uma espingarda de calibre 36, dois facões, celulares e cadernos desenhados por crianças. Ainda conforme a denúncia, o suspeito usava os cadernos como atrativo para que as vítimas menores entrassem no quarto dele.

Todos os objetos foram apreendidos e o idoso apresentado na Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ). Ele prestou depoimento e foi liberado. Os casos de abuso, deverão ser apurados pela Polícia Civil.
