Durante patrulhamento preventivo pelo bairro Cidade Alta, afim de coibir a venda de drogas pelo local, o qual já é de conhecimento pela insistência do ilícito, os policiais avistaram pela rua Walter Dester por volta das 21h20, um individuo onde ao perceber a presença da viatura se evadiu não sendo possível sua abordagem e localização.

Como de conhecimento os traficantes jogam a droga, para que se abordados não sejam encontrados com nenhuma quantidade, então os agentes refizeram o caminho a qual ele empreendeu fuga e conseguiram encontrar drogas que foram deixadas, sendo 100 micro tubos de cocaína.

As drogas foram apreendidas em boletim de ocorrência registrado, ficando a disposição para incineração legal.
