O caso foi atendido pela Polícia Militar Rodoviária (PMR).

De acordo com a corporação, foi abordado um veículo Fiat Palio, o condutor apresentou os documentos de porte obrigatório e nada de ilícito foi constatado na consulta criminal.

Durante revista veicular foram localizados 2520 pinos de cocaína, porção de maconha e pinos de crack, bem como sacos plástico destinados para embalar a referida droga.

O abordado confessou que adquiriu no município de Sumaré (SP) e estava levando até Itirapina (SP), onde seria revendida.

O caso foi encaminhado ao Plantão Policial de Rio Claro, onde o indivíduo permaneceu preso.
