A abordagem aconteceu no quilômetro 8 da rodovia na manhã desta quarta-feira (5).

O Tático Ostensivo Rodoviário fazia patrulhamento no quilômetro 8 da Rodovia José Roberto Magalhães Teixeira (SP-083), quando avistou um veículo Fiat Siena, com dois homens a bordo, trafegando com o vidro do parabrisa trincado e sem o retrovisor direito externo. Isso motivou uma abordagem.

Durante a busca no veículo foram encontradas as garrafas de whisky falsificado de diversas marcas armazenadas em caixas. Haviam sinais de adulteração nos rótulos e lacres.

Os homens alegaram que pagaram R$2,8 mil pelas bebidas mas não tinham nota fiscal. A mesma quantidade de whisky original custa cerca de R$10 mil.

A dupla foi detida e levada até à delegacia de Valinhos, onde a ocorrência foi apresentada.
