A Polícia Rodoviária flagrou um homem tentando furtar fios da balança da Rodovia Anhanguera (SP-330), na noite desta terça-feira (4), em Sumaré (SP).

Por volta das 18h, uma equipe seguiu até a altura do km 112 da rodovia, a pedido da concessionária Autoban, responsável pelo trecho.

No local, os policiais viram o suspeito mexendo na fiação elétrica. Ele já tinha aberto cinco caixas e cortado os fios com a ajuda de uma pedra.

De acordo com a polícia, os fios alimentam todo o sistema de iluminação e pesagem de veículos de grande porte na rodovia.

Diante dos fatos, a equipe deu voz de prisão ao ladrão e apresentou o caso no plantão policial de Sumaré para providências cartorárias.
