Um homem, suspeito de cometer roubos a entregadores de um site de compras, foi baleado em uma troca de tiros com a Polícia Militar (PM), na tarde desta terça-feira (9), em Piracicaba (SP).

A equipe policial realizava um patrulhamento pelo bairro Novo Horizonte quando se deparou com o homem portando a arma de fogo. Ele tentou fugir ao ver os policiais.

Segundo o boletim de ocorrência, o suspeito efetuou dois disparos contra um dos PMs, que reagiu e atirou três vezes contra ele. Um outro disparo também foi efetuado por outro PM.

Após os tiros, o suspeito caiu no chão. Ele foi socorrido e levado pelo Corpo de Bombeiros até o Hospital dos Fornecedores de Cana (HFC) também em Piracicaba.

Nenhum policial ficou ferido.
