Homem que traficava em frente a escola é preso

Nesta quinta-feira (17/03), a Guarda Municipal prendeu um homem com drogas em frente a uma escola estadual no bairro Jardim Carolina em Artur Nogueira/SP.

Segundo os agentes municipais, faziam patrulhamento pelo bairro, quando pela rua Miguel Vicensotti em frente a Escola Estadual João Gazzola avistaram um homem conhecido pela insistência na venda de drogas ilícitas e ao ver a viatura de Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (ROMU) se demonstrou espantado, sendo abordado pelos guardas.

Em revista ao rapaz, de 20 anos, foi encontrado um celular e juntamente uma carteira em seu bolso, contendo dentro dela uma sacola plástica com 14 pedras de crack e R$10. Questionado sobre a droga, ele falou que encontrou a carteira em datas anteriores e desconhecia da droga.

Pelo atitude e a droga encontrada, ele foi apresentado a delegacia da cidade, onde o delegado de plantão registrou o boletim de ocorrência de Tráfico de Drogas, permanecendo ele preso. A droga foi apreendida para incineração legal.
