AO SER ABORDADO POR GUARDAS MUNICIPAIS, ADOLESCENTE RETIRA PORÇÕES DE MACONHA DA BOCA E CONFESSA TRÁFICO

Um adolescente de 17 anos foi detido por ato infracional de tráfico de drogas após ser abordado com entorpecentes no bairro Jardim Nova Conquista, em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP), na noite desta quarta-feira (15).

Por volta das 18h20, uma equipe de Apoio Tático composta pelo Subinspetor Morais, GCMs José e Firmino, suspeitou de um adolescente que estava na Rua Lucia Iatarola Crespo, uma área já conhecida pela venda de drogas.

Ao ser abordado, o menor já retirou duas porções de maconha da boca e entregou aos agentes. Com ele também havia a quantia de R$ 55 e numa área de grama perto do local de abordagem, uma sacola com mais 21 porções da droga foi localizada.

O suspeito confessou que tinha assumido tráfico na área desde às 18h e que o dinheiro apreendido era proveniente dessa venda.

O caso foi apresentado no plantão policial e um boletim sobre o crime registrado, sendo o infrator liberado à responsável legal.
