Polícia prende traficante que forjou a própria morte

A Polícia Civil de Piracicaba (SP) prendeu na noite desta sexta-feira (28), um traficante que forjou a própria morte para escapar da Justiça. O criminoso era procurado desde 2010 quando conseguiu um documento falso no Estado da Paraíba.

Segundo informações da polícia, a 1ª Delegacia de Polícia de Investigações Gerias (DIG/Deic) estava monitorando o bandido há alguns meses.

O criminoso usou a artimanha para escapar de duas condenações por tráfico em Piracicaba. Ao conseguir forjar um atestado de óbito, ele fez com que uma de suas condenações fosse extinta.

Com a identidade paraibana, o bandido tirou uma nova Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) em São Paulo e seguiu na criminalidade. Ele chegou a ser preso por tráfico em Barretos (SP), mas conseguiu pena no regime aberto.

Os investigadores seguiram o rastro do traficante e descobriram que ele estava residindo a cerca de 400 km de Piracicaba.

Nesta sexta-feira, a equipe agiu e prendeu o bandido em Capivari (SP). Agora ele deve responder pelos crimes de tráfico de drogas e falsidade ideológica.
