Guarda Municipal prende homem por violência doméstica

A equipe da Guarda Municipal, atuou eficientemente para conter um caso de violência doméstica em área pública, o criminoso foi preso.

Na tarde da última quarta-feira (4), a Guarda Municipal de Campinas foi acionada por transeuntes na Praça Felipe Selhi, para atender um caso de desinteligência.

Ao chegarem ao local, com apoio da Equipe Alfa e GPOM, os guardas intervieram em uma situação de agressão, onde um homem estava desferindo socos contra uma mulher. As identidades dos envolvidos não foram reveladas.

Durante a abordagem, foi apurado que a mulher, vivendo em situação de rua e usuária de drogas, havia buscado auxílio dos pais para deixar essa condição. O companheiro, também sem-teto, não aceitou sua decisão e iniciou a agressão. Os agentes encaminharam ambos  à delegacia da mulher.

Na delegacia, a vítima foi orientada a realizar o exame de corpo de delito e foi liberada. Por outro lado, o agressor, após ser ouvido, teve sua prisão decretada em flagrante pelos crimes de Lesão Corporal e violação da Lei Maria da Penha. Ele permanece à disposição da justiça.
