Um jovem de 19 anos foi detido pela Polícia Militar (PM), nesta segunda-feira (26), após agredir a irmã de 17, no bairro São José em Jaguariúna (SP). Ele estava exaltado no momento da abordagem e, segundo a vítima, ele seria usuário de drogas.

No local, a PM constatou sinais de agressão nas pernas e nos braços da adolescente. Ela contou à polícia que o irmão é usuário de drogas e que fugiu de uma clínica de reabilitação há alguns meses.

Segundo apurado pelo Policial Padrão, o autor começou a discutir com a vítima e tentou arremessar objetos da casa. Em seguida, a agrediu utilizando o fio do ventilador que ele havia quebrado. A vítima foi levada à uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA).

O caso foi apresentado ao plantonista do Distrito Policial (DP). A mãe da adolescente compareceu à delegacia e tentou convencer a filha a não prosseguir com a representação criminal contra o irmão. Diante do ocorrido, o Conselho Tutelar também foi acionado.

Após ouvir todas as partes envolvidas, o delegado de plantão determinou o registro de um boletim de ocorrência por lesão corporal, liberando o autor após o procedimento.
