Homem é detido por violência doméstica em Capivari

Chegada da Guarda Civil impediu que o suspeito invadisse a casa da vítima

A Guarda Civil deteve um homem de 30 anos por violência doméstica, no Jardim Santa Rita de Cássia, em Capivari (SP), neste domingo (29). A chegada da equipe impediu que o suspeito invadisse a casa da vítima.

Logo após receber uma denúncia sobre o caso via 153, agentes seguiram para o endereço da vítima na Rua Amâncio Mazzaroppi. Na chamada, a mulher relatou que possuía medida protetiva contra um homem que estava alterado no portão da residência.

Quando a equipe chegou, o suspeito tentou fugir em uma moto, mas os guardas o interceptaram. Ele foi conduzido à delegacia e detido em flagrante pelo crime.

A moto que estava com o detido foi entregue à vítima, pois pertencia a ela.
